 وزارت مذہبی امور اور بین المذاہب ہم آہنگی نے اپنی ہی حکومت کی وزارت انسانی حقوق کی جانب سے تیار کردہ مسودہ بل ، ’جبری تبدیلی کی روک تھام ایکٹ ، 2021‘ کو مسترد کردیا۔ وفاقی مذہبی امور کے وزیر پیر نورالقادری نے کہا کہ ان کی وزارت ان شرائط کی مخالف ہے جو کسی دوسرے مذہب کو قبول کرنے والے افراد کے لیے کم از کم عمر کی حد 18 سال مقرر کرتے ہیں ، جج کے سامنے گواہی اور مذہب تبدیل کرنے سے پہلے 90 دن کی سوچنے کی مدت متاثر ہوا یہ بل 2019 میں تشکیل دی گئی پارلیمانی کمیٹی کی سفارشات کی روشنی میں تیار کیا گیا تھا تاکہ اقلیتوں کو جبری تبدیلی سے بچایا جا سکے۔ اسے جولائی 2021 میں وزارت مذہبی امور کے ساتھ شیئر کیا گیا تھا اور وزارت نے کمیٹی کو اپنا ان پٹ پہلے ہی دے دیا تھا۔ حتمی سفارشات وزارت انسانی حقوق کو بھیجی گئیں۔ چنانچہ وزارت مذہبی امور کے اعتراضات اور بل پر دوبارہ نظرثانی کی ضرورت نے سوالات کھڑے کردیئے ہیں۔ اپوزیشن میں رہتے ہوئے ، وزیر اعظم عمران خان نے 2016 میں عمرکوٹ ، سندھ میں اپنی تقریر میں مذہبی اقلیتوں سے تعلق رکھنے والی لڑکیوں کے جبری مذہب تبدیل کرنے کی شدید مذمت کی تھی۔ واقعات کے تازہ ...

     Nishan Haider is the highest award in Pakistan's 4 Gallantry Awards for Bravery.  Symbol Haider Precious metals are made by melting gold, not silver, but Gunmetal, ie snatched from the enemy during war or battle (arms or weapons) or a weapon which the enemy himself has left and fled in cowardice.
